NATO is developing a device that cuts out suicide bombers’ vehicle before they can reach their targets using high-intensity jammers.  This is indeed a bad news for suicide bombers unless they come up with the idea of opting a bicycle, horse-drawn vehicle or an old cars that this device can’t be operated on.

This technology can stop a vehicle by sending out a high-intensity electronic beam that can result in complete immobilization of the suspected vehicle. In the video, you can see the effectiveness of the beam when the car approaches the military checkpoint and also a car approaching from behind.

This device is now being tested at a secret location in Norway. It can also take out drones, jet skis, and any other vehicle used to deliver bombs.
