  1. These are excellent recommendations. I see clients each day with arthritis, gout and other related conditions. Most of these are associated with a diet that is high in inflammatory foods (processed, added sugars, etc.) A lack of exercise can also make the conditions worse. Thankfully, the mindset is shifting away from standard treatment (drug therapy) and towards prevention and natural solutions.
